Processed Spanish olives. Main varieties: Manzanilla, Hojiblanca and Queens.
Green color with firm texture, without damage and excellent taste.
Black olives are pick unripe and through an oxidation process obtain its characteristic outside color and brown flesh.
Mainly cultivated in the South of Spain, where Mediterranean weather favor its growth.
