Type of preparation

Preparation details:

Non-genetically modified vegetables: cleaned, blanched, cut and preserved frozen until getting a ready to eat product.
Main items: artichokes, green peas, broad beans, green beans, spinach, cauliflower, butternut squash, broccoli, corn kernels, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cucumber, zucchini, brussels sprouts, carrots, onion, garlic, parsley, pumpkin, etcetera.
